Mr. Noureldin is a seasoned legal professional with over four decades of dedicated service in the Qatari legal system. He began his distinguished career in 1977 with the Ministry of Interior as a prosecution service employee, later continuing his work with the Public Prosecution from 2003 until 2018.
His extensive experience has made him an expert in legal administrative operations, with particular strength in managing investigative records, handling legal correspondences, and providing strategic recommendations aimed at improving legal workflows and addressing systemic challenges. He is highly regarded for his ability to align procedural rigor with evolving developments in the legal field.
At Omani & Partners, Mr. Noureldin plays a key role in overseeing case documentation and internal procedural accuracy. His responsibilities include reviewing criminal case files, misdemeanors, violations, and complaints, as well as managing judicial and civil notifications.
